HERE FINALLY,OR......?
BILL TO ABOLISH POLYTHECNIC,UNIVERSITY DICHOTOMY SCALES THROUGH SECOND READING
A bill to abolish and prohibit dichotomy and discrimination between university graduates and holders of the higher national diploma scales through second reading in Nigeria.
Will this issue be solved with ths administration or will this debate continue through to subsequent administrations?
